If your user does not exist or you cannot login in, then the first thing you need to do is make sure that you have typed in the right username and password. You also want to make sure you are on the right website, as there are different websites for Movie Star Planet depending on what country you are in, so make sure you are on the right site for your country.

If you forgot your password, you need to click the “Forgot Password” button which is right where you go to login, and then the password will be sent to your email address. If you do not have an email tied to your Movie Star Planet account, then you need to contact support for more assistance. Always send in the receipts for items you might have purchased that way support knows it is you and can tie that back to your Movie Star Planet account.

If you need to change your email or password, click the “Settings” icon in the top right corner of the screen, and then click which option relates to your problem. You can change your email or password at any time you want, and it is always a good idea to change it a few times a year to ensure your account is safe. You also should never use the same password that you use for financial or other sensitive information.

If you have your username as your real name, then contact support if you need to change that. Otherwise, you cannot change your age or name once you have typed it into Movie Star Planet. If the age was wrong when you put it in, then you will need to delete that user and create another user as this cannot be changed, even by staff.
